About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Finisher / Snagger for an immediate start.
Full-Time Role.

Larkrock is dedicated to retrofitting homes to an ‘’A’’ rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest of standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.

Hours: 7.30am - 4.30 / 5pm (Mon - Fri).

Responsibilities:
  • Boarding.
  • Taping.
  • Plastering.
  • Basic carpentry/joinery.
  • General repairs/replacements.
  • Site clean up.
  • Collection of Items in Hardware.
  • Organising PO's. 
  • Reporting Invoices and items to Accounts department. 

Requirements:
  • Safe pass.
  • Finishing/ Snagging experience.
  • Manual handling.
  • CV & 2 contactable references.
  • Driver's Licence.

Salary:
€45 -55k per Annum, Company Van, Company Bonus DOE.

Skills:
  • Safe pass Manual handling 2 - 3 years of experience with snagging.
